Curio and Relic - United States Air Force Survival Rifle. Designated and marked “RIFLE, SURVIVAL, CAL 22 M4 (HORNET CARTRIDGE)” Manufactured by Harrington and Richardson Arms C ompany, Worchester Mass. Bolt-action with removable barrel and collapsible wire stock. This gun was packed in aircrew survival kits during Cold War Air Force operations. A number of these exist, having wondered off base, but are unregistered.

The M4 Survival Rifle is a short-barreled rifle, requiring registration just as a machine gun. Don’t risk building your US Military gun collection with an unregistered example when you can own a legal, fully transferable, fully functional example.

Barrel and receiver have matching serial numbers. This rare example is in Very Good condition, showing signs of wear from operational use.
