“Fruithurst” MK760 9mm SMG – This robust submachine gun was made from the Smith & Wesson Model
76 tooling after Smith and Wesson discontinued production. A delight to shoot, easy to disassemble
and clean. Note in the photo that it does not have the wire buttstock. Barrel shroud easily
unscrews to remove the barrel, making this submachine gun an
ideal choice for suppressor use. Several manufacturers make suppressors for the
MK760.
The MK760 was manufactured in three different locations over its production life span.
Gradually the quality diminished. The “Fruithurst” production runs are the best, with very heavy
gauge steel and flawless welds, resulting in an outstanding and robust 9mm sub gun. This
example is in excellent condition, fires flawlessly and comes with three magazines.
This is
a fully transferable submachine gun and will provide many years of subgun enjoyment.
Transfers to your dealer tax free. Thank you for looking, this SMG sold at
$4,600.00 in March of 2005.
