Beautiful British Vickers MK I belt-fed machine gun in excellent condition. This beauty has
the desirable fluted water jacket, brass feed block and a 1944 dated Mark IV MK tripod. The
brass caps on the spade grips are stamped "RN", which would indicate use by the Royal Navy. You
will cherish this gun because of its condition and the care it has been given. Plus it comes
with many rare accessories including the almost impossible-to-find original Vickers spare
parts and armorer's tool chest. This accessory alone puts the gun at the top of its class.
But it also includes the water chest, an original MK I lensatic dial sight in its appropriate
metal carrying case, 5 belts, original canvas and leather gun carrying case, extra lock, 2 extra
barrels, original flash hider and original transit case. Some of these accessories are extremely
hard to find. This purchase allows you to acquire everything all at once. All you need is Dolf
Goldsmith's book and you will be fixed for life! Side plate manufactured by VSM, Cincinnati, Ohio.
The Vickers served the British well. It will treat you to years of pleasing machine gun shooting.
