Navy Ordnance Systems Command "M-19 50 cal Cradle Mount" - gray. Heavy steel machine gun mount with heavy plate steel shield and stand-up pedestal. Navy gray in color. This mount was designed for the 30 caliber 1919 Browning and 50 caliber M-2 and M-3 machine guns. However, it is pictured with an M60 machine gun. The M60 will only fit with the proper USGI adaptor, which does not come with the mount, nor does the M60. This mount is a well restored military mount. Note that one of the legs has a slight bend in it. Normally, the shield is demilitarized by cutting it into two pieces, which requires rewelding. That is not the case with this mount; the shield was never demilitarized. Also, note the bullet holes in the shield! No explanation for this sign of its history. This is a top quality mount which is to be securely mounted to a hard surface for comfortable stand-up shooting of your semi-automatic or full-auto M-60, Browning 1919, M-2 or M-3.
